Surveys Tile
This topic is intended for Independent pharmacies only and is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.
The Surveys module is available by subscription only and requires activation.
The Surveys module makes it easier for your pharmacy to collect patient information for a consultation or follow-up. You can send questionnaires tailored to the reason for a consultation or follow-up via different communication channels to patients. Once completed, their responses, including any items that are flagged as alerts, can be viewed in Propel Rx and saved to the Patient Folder for future reference.
